Foras Aje is the CEO of LA Wash & Chill, which is a full-service Laundry Service dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction to its clients. The company seeks to accomplish this goal by providing reliable laundry equipment and offering a clean, enjoyable atmosphere, at a reasonable price, to the residents of Downtown Los Angeles and its surrounding areas.
In this role as CEO, Foras will lead various departments & personnel to implement LA Wash & Chill’s marketing strategy, workplace design, technology, and overall sustainability.
Foras is a graduate of Federal Government College, Ogun State Nigeria & the McNally Smith College of Music, St. Paul MN where he studied Applied Science in Audio Engineering MN.
In his spare time away from overseeing the development & eventual success of LA Wash & Chill, Foras can be found engaging in Yoga, Jogging and various outdoor activities.

Jesse Mora is the Chief Operating Officer of LA Wash & Chill. Jesse will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various departments, such as finance, sales, HR, and marketing.
While working in close proximity with our CEO, Foras Aje, Jesse will assist in overseeing the management of budgets, hiring and contracting, and business negotiations. Mr. Mora will also be heavily involved in analyzing audit reports and formulating improvements to departmental workings.
Along with working with LA Wash & Chill, Mr. Mora owns his own litigation support business at Pro Doc Management (PDM) which provides broad data management and copy solutions for legal and corporate professionals.
In his spare time, Jesse enjoys firing up his grill & making a mean barbecue, hanging out with his family & as he says: living life! His business, PDM is a leading provider of outsourcing solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments & from here, Mr. Mora has developed a strong working understanding of business marketing & promotion.

Marcus Whittemore is the Chief Compliance Officer for LA Wash & Chill. In his position as CCO, Marcus will work with the management team to take care of LA Wash & Chill's compliance with laws and regulations, working to prevent legal issues and to protect the company's reputation.
Being a practicing attorney-licensed in the state of California, Mr. Whittemore will work with the CEO in assisting with identifying potential compliance risks, anticipating regulatory changes, looking over contracts & legal paperwork.
Marcus possesses a Juris Doctorate from the Southwestern Law School, Los Angeles, CA. He currently runs his own law firm at Whittemore Law and previously worked as part of the litigation team of various law firm in Los Angeles.
In his spare time, Marcus enjoys skateboarding, playing basketball, selling antique art & furniture and hanging out with his family & friends.

Latasha Bonaparte is the Chief Product Officer of LA Wash & Chill. Latasha would be responsible for the strategic product direction of LA Wash & Chill. She would also work alongside our CEO & COO to facilitate the creation of features for LA Wash & Chill to deliver value to both our customers & business. She will be involved in managing LA Wash & Chill’s development process, including design, testing, and launching.
Latasha possesses a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA and previously worked as part of the licensing department of a boutique law firm in Downtown Los Angeles & she also was a Master Investigator for the State of Texas as well as being an Executive Assistant for the City of Dallas.
Being a law school graduate, who just took the February 2025 bar exam [as of the date of this document], Latasha may also assist with overseeing compliance within the organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
In her spare time, Latasha enjoys listening to music, hanging out with family & friends and catching up on her favorite Netflix & TV shows.

Ash Arshita is the Legal Consultant For LA Wash & Chill. She is an accomplished international legal professional who now serves as a consultant to businesses, individuals, lawyers, and law firms globally. In her role, Arshita will work closely with the CEO regarding rendering preliminary legal advice as it pertains to various aspects of corporate and commercial law, contracts, privacy and data protection compliance, due diligence and arbitration. Arshita is known for her sharp drafting skills, risk-focused approach, and client-centered advisory, as a result, when applicable, her legal advice will serve as (a) reference point(s) for the CEO as it pertains to the legal dealings of LA Wash & Chill.

Grace (Ifeoluwa) Ajayi is the Data Analyst Consultant For LA Wash & Chill. Grace is skilled at creating modern, responsive, and high-converting websites that meet the needs of diverse industries including health, wellness, and ecommerce. Experienced in data-driven digital design with a strong background in Meteorology & Climate Science, integrating analytical thinking into design processes.Grace designed and structured the secure Virtual Data Room (VDR) using DocSend & Digify platform for LA Wash & Chill. In this online repository, Grace did the following for LA Wash & Chill:1. She organized the investor materials into clearly labeled sections for streamlined due diligence.2. She applied security protocols (view-only permissions, password protection, document analytics) to safeguard sensitive information.2. She collaborated with the CEO to enhance investor-facing presentation with applicable disclaimers, folders, and video integration.Grace will continue in her role as LA Wash & Chill's Data Analyst by maintaining our Data Room & assisting the CEO with any administrative duties as needed.

As Director Of Communications, he will be responsible for promoting and presenting Wash & Chill on various social media platforms. He will be responsible for establishing relationships with media outlets and developing strategic marketing plans.
Kamal has worked as an IT consultant for several years in developing and testing several websites and web-based applications.
He also works as a freelance Video Editor / Social media manager with good experience in social media marketing & search engine marketing.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He plays cricket and shoots short films and other digital media in his spare time.
