At LA Wash & Chill, our space will include several machines (including huge, industrialized machines weighing over 100 pounds) to be able to get clothes washed and dried in about an hour or so…give or take!
We plan to also provide soap machines, folding tables and our app to reserve machines or to pay for clothes to be picked up & delivered after cleaning at affordable rates which will be in a soon-to-be-decided price range.
With that being stated, LA Wash & Chill will offer
#1. Use of Laundry Equipment on site.
#2. Fluff & Fold/ Fluff &Dry options:
*Fluff & Fold Laundry:
This service will be for those who don't have the time to do or are just too uninterested in doing their own laundry.
It will include the full range of washing, drying AND folding.
*Fluff & Dry Laundry
This service will be for those who don't have the time to do or are just too uninterested in doing their own laundry but would rather pay less.
So, this will be limited to just washing and drying without folding the clothes.
In other words, we’ll wash & dry the clothes for our clients and all they’ll have to do is fold them afterwards.
*Commercial Laundry
This service will be for commercial accounts in the local area including, hotels, spas, gyms, medical/dental/chiropractic practices, and salons.
We will ensure to charge by the pound and NOT by the piece to bring more savings to our clients in exchange for their loyalty to our company.
#4. Providing An Internet Café For Our Customers:
As our name, LA Wash & Chill suggests, we will also provide internet access to our customers who don’t have their own laptops [for a fee] along with snack and soda vending machines.
It's likely that our customers will get hungry and thirsty while they're waiting for their laundry to finish.
Let’s face it, even if our store is near a shopping area, many customers wisely don't want to leave their clothes unattended to.
Consequently, we will buy a vending machine, fill it up ourselves and we will be able to use this as an additional revenue stream in addition to also selling laundry supplies.
#5. Providing Dry Cleaning Services: At LA Wash & Chill, considering that many of the customers who may:
a. Visit our store in person,
b. Utilize our Fluff N Fold/Dry Service will most likely also need Dry Cleaning services at various times, we feel it will only make sense to offer this service to them as well.
We believe doing so will be very beneficial to us considering that:
a. It will make us a one-stop location for cleaning of clothes.
b. It will be yet another source of revenue for our company.
c. It will add more of a convenient benefit to our customers making them more loyal to us.
d. It will make us better than the competition…if one ever does arise in Downtown Los Angeles, considering that at this moment, there is not one single Laundromat in the Downtown LA vicinity.
