DISCLAIMER: Please note, the following locations are what we have in mind for where we plan to build our stores. Therefore, these locations might be subject to change as needed when the actual construction takes place.

Based on Rick’s suggestions these sites:
 ·     Are single storey/level buildings to allow for easy installation of exhaust pipes.
 ·     Have easily accessible parking to allow for the convenient access for our customers when they drive up to do or deliver their clothes for cleaning.
 ·     Are located conspicuously on busy streets where there is pedestrian & vehicle traffic to attract customer.
 ·     Are in locations that have plenty of space around the actual building to allow for piping/plumbing construction without placing an overwhelming burden on traffic and/or the city. We strategically sought out busy “sweet-spots” that are not too busy that it’ll make it difficult to get the necessary city/state permits for the seamless & quick construction of our facilities. The following are the locations we had in mind

OPTION #1: 235 South Broadway, Los Angeles, CA | 90012

This location at the 2nd & Broadway Cross-streets of Downtown Los Angeles:
·     Is a single level building.
·     Has 2 parking lots beside & behind it.
·     Is in a sweet spot in DTLA that gets plenty of motor & pedestrian traffic, yet wouldn’t be a burden to the city during construction [erection, plumbing etc] due to its location.
·     Is right next to a mostly Hispanic Church, opposite from a shoe-repair shot and ½ a block from the Historic Grand Central Market in Downtown Los Angeles.

OPTION #2: 716 South Spring St, Los Angeles, CA | 90014

This location at the 7th & Spring Cross-streets of Downtown Los Angeles:
·     Is a single level building.
·     Has 1 parking lots beside & behind it.
·     Is in a sweet spot in DTLA that gets plenty of motor & pedestrian traffic, yet wouldn’t be a burden to the city during construction [erection, plumbing etc] due to its location.
·     Is right next to a Food Court on Spring Street, Opposite from the CVS Drug Store & right in the middle of several new & old residential apartment complexes.

OPTION #3: 470 W 7th Street Los Angeles, CA | 90014

·     Is a single level building.
·     Has 1 parking lots beside & behind it.
·     Is located in a conspicuous area that gets plenty of motor & pedestrian traffic.
·     Is close to the Jewelry District of DTLA that gets plenty of customer interaction and is opposite the Los Angeles Athletic Club, adjacent to a 7-Eleven Store & a few blocks away from Walgreens, The Macy’s Plaza & Wholefoods Market.

OPTION #4: 824-826 S, Spring Street Los Angeles, CA | 90014

·     Has 1 parking lots beside & behind it.

OPTION #5: 111 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA | 90013

·     Is in a location in DTLA that receives plenty of motor & pedestrian traffic & also will not be a hinderance during construction as it pertains to the city regulations.

OPTION #6: 218 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA | 90012

·    Is close to the Police Station, Dog Park & the old Historic Los Angeles Times building.

    b.     Is surrounded by plenty of residential apartment buildings.
    c.     Is close to the Staple Center, Ralph’s & Wholefoods Grocery Stores.

OPTION #10: 940 S. Hill St, Los Angeles, CA | 90015

This location at the Olympic & Hill Cross-streets of Downtown Los Angeles:
·     Is a single level building.
·     Has 1 Spacious Parking Lot Next to it & a built in parking facility on the right side of the buillding.
·     Is in an area of DTLA that:
a.   Gets plenty of Motor & Pedestrian Traffic to organically attract customers upon launching the store without being a burden on the city during construction.
b.   Is surrounded by plenty of residential apartment buildings.
c.   Is close to the Wholefoods & Ralph’s Grocery Stores & the various business establishments on the ever busy Broadway & Olympic Avenues of DTLA.

So, this concludes the several locations we have in mind & you shall notice that unlike the nearest competitors in the outskirts of central DTLA our facilities are not like theirs [illustrated herewith] that:
a.    Do NOT offer easily accessible parking.
b.    Are NOT in single storey/level buildings, which may have made them difficult to erect & perhaps difficult to maintain. Here are the nearest laundromats to central Downtown Los Angeles and why we are confident we can outdo them!
