1. At LA Wash & Chill, we have observed that in the entire Downtown Los Angeles vicinity, there are zero facilities for Laundromats and only one Fresh Water Dispensing Unit.
2. We, at LA Wash & Chill have also noticed that none of the On-Demand laundry companies [such as Cleanly, Rinse etc.…] that may service some Los Angeles areas have physical locations in the vicinity where clients can see and observe what happens to their clothes.
Well, we have the perfect solution for both cases listed on the previous page.
To solve the problems listed earlier…
1. LA Wash & Chill plans to open a Laundromat/Water Dispensing Unit in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles so its residents don’t have to be inconvenienced going 2-3 miles out of DTLA in search of alternatives.
2. LA Wash & Chill fervently plans to include options such as Fluff & Fold, Fluff & Dry [for residents on the go], Wi-Fi and PC/Internet access [for our customers onsite]. Our goal is to provide value-added services for our customers consequently making them loyal to us.
Essentially, we at LA Wash & Chill want to create an On-Demand laundry service where orders can be made for all types of cleaning of clothes, while having our facilities serve the dual purpose of being the much-needed laundromats for this part of Los Angeles.
LA Wash & Chill will be dedicated to consistently providing high satisfaction to our clients.
In other words, we want a portion of our clients to think of LA Wash & Chill as the “Uber Eats" or "DoorDash" for Laundry & Dry-Cleaning for Downtown and Central Los Angeles residents, while the remaining portion of our clients will view our facilities as a place for them to walk in and do their laundry, since a laundromat in this area is much needed at this time!
We will seek to accomplish these goals by providing reliable laundry equipment and offering a clean,
enjoyable atmosphere, at a reasonable price, to the residents of Downtown Los Angeles and its surrounding areas.

#9. Fluff N Fold/Dry services for customers seeking the use of that option.
#10. Reverse Osmosis Water Dispensing Units [for clean drinking water].
